My Students

What better way to make a unit on community helpers tangible than with dramatic play? Help my students role play what our community helpers do to help in our neighborhoods.

We are a kindergarten classroom in a brand new dual immersion program.

We love to learn as actively as possible and are very interested in reading, writing and acting out our thinking! This class is very active and learns best when engaged in their learning.

My Project

These resources will help my students fully understand what community workers do and how they help. Being able to reenact situation and take on roles, even if the role itself is a reenactment, is one of the best ways to help children understand how things work. It will also be a fantastic way for my students to learn how to work together.

Donations of any kind to any classroom always make a huge difference in the lives of not just this year's students, but for students to come.
