My Students

"You're never too old, too wacky or wild, to pick up a book, and read to a child." Dr. Seuss said it best and I would love for my students to be able to read this quote to their younger generations in the future!

My students are so fun and outgoing.

They love coming to school everyday and have a eagerest to learn that keeps me going! I love my job because of them. Each one of them has a different personality that brightens up our classroom each and every day. I hope to be able to give them everything possible in order for them to succeed in the most fun and exciting way possible!

My Project

I am requesting resources that will support early reading and writing development for kindergarten aged students to be better readers and writers. These tools will enhance early literacy and phonemic awareness development and help students gain the necessary skills that will be needed to succeed in these areas in the upper grades.

My students need literacy and writing tools to use for center activities, reinforcement, and intervention practice.

This project is so important because it will be a foundation for early literacy and phonemic awareness skills. This project will support the development of young children (kindergartners) being able to gain the skills necessary to read and write.
