I am the technology director for a school/hospital children's rehabilitation center. Many of our students suffer from traumatic brain injury, heart transplants, cancer and other life threatening diseases.

We desperately, need the digital camera for a variety of purposes. It will be primarily be used for students and with students so that they may use it within the computer science curriculum. These students will use the camera to enhance their PowerPoint presentations, classroom projects, and their multimedia podcast presentations. It is important to show their teachers in their regular classrooms, the work that they have accomplished. The camera will also be used to help our yearbook and literary magazine become a reality.

The Canon Powershot Camera will help my students achieve this reality. At the present time my district is suffering through a financial crisis. Even a simple digital camera is out of the question. Any new material have been bought by our dedicated staff.

Please help my students have this small but precious item. Every school should have a digital camera. Please help ours obtain one. This is a special place where miracles happen everyday.
