My Students

Can you imagine learning how to read by playing games? My students are just beginning to learn how to read and some are struggling with books. Game centers will make reading fun for all of my students!

Our school is a Title 1 school where 88% of our children are on free lunch.

The children are excited to come to school and want to learn. Most of my children come from poverty and are being raised by a single parent, grandparent or guardian. They do not have games or books at home to practice reading.

My Project

The reading games and centers will help open the doors to reading for my children. Some of my children are struggling with reading books and are getting frustrated with reading. The children will have fun playing the games and will learn the strategies needed for reading.

Please help my students have fun learning how to read by playing games.

The children will become successful readers while playing these games. All children should and need to have fun while learning!
