My Students

One doc cam for twelve classrooms equals lots of waiting... Help us to get another doc cam so that we can double the number of students who can access this wonderful technology!

Our school is made up of a diverse group of kids.

Just over 75% are eligible for free or reduced priced meals and many do not have access to as many books as we'd like. Our school has two classes each of kindergarten through fifth grade students. In addition we have an on-site preschool, a school based health center, and a family resource center.

My Project

The doc cam is a wonderful technology tool that allows us to share student work on the spot. We can project work in order to edit and revise as a class, to explore and create together, and to have instant access to projected images for all to see and learn from.

Many of our students simply don't have access to the technology that many take for granted.

Adding tools like a document camera allow us to give the children of our school a chance to experience learning in a whole new way!
