My Students

Sitting still is hard when you are six! My students have busy fingers and active bodies! They need hands-on materials to occupy their hands during centers time.

Our class has students who want to become Joffery ballet dancers, OB-Gyns, classical musicians, president, and of course fire fighters and police officers!

They love to move and experience learning with their hands. We are a charter in an area of high need, with a focus on character education paired with challenging academics.

My Project

I have requested materials for hands-on learning including magnetic letters, special "at your seat" games, sentence building cards, hot dot pens that enable students to check their answers instantly, and alphabet stamps to build words. My students will be able to observe and test concepts and then be able to touch what, how, when, and why, of things with which they interact.

The world is their oyster!

They need only be exposed to the array of experiences that are out there! You can make a difference in my students' lives by giving them the opportunity to learn in a hands-on, creative, interactive environment. Your donation will make possible the purchase of materials that students otherwise would not have the opportunity to experience.
