My Students

I saw these tag reader systems recently and I thought they would be perfect for my literacy block this year.

My students this year love to read.

Part of our literacy block involves listening to reading. It is important for students to listen to a good example of reading. They are able to hear what a fluent reader sounds like. They also love this aspect of our reading program.

My Project

Tag readers are able to bring a story to life. The tag reader responds to every touch on specially-printed books. Students are able to listen to the story as well as learn different lessons from each book. They can even listen to a specific word that they might be having trouble pronouncing.

This project will make a world of difference in our classroom.

Each child will greatly benefit from these tag readers. These will be used each year and will benefit all of my students in the years to come as well. Thank you for making this project a success!
