This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Is this our ego, superego, or id talking? Or all of the above? As the International Baccalaureate program changes its curriculum for the upcoming year, psychology students at our high school are finding themselves needing new books.
Our school is a designated underachieving school in a low economic area.
Students at our school come from a variety of cultures, with a majority Hispanic students. With the help of the International Baccalaureate program, our IB students attend some of the top colleges in the country.
My Project
The district has severely cut its budget and cannot buy us new textbooks. The book the IB PSYCHOLOGY COURSE COMPANION is by highly accomplished IB instructors, and will direct us where we need to go. With this new text, we will be learning the latest in psychology research and philosophy.
Our IB psychology class consistently scores high on their tests, which helps students earn their IB diploma.
This diploma is recognized worldwide. The curriculum in IB Psychology has changed, and we need a new text.
