My Students

EXTRA! EXTRA! Read all about it! The Magnificent Mathematician are going GREEN. Join our club and learn math skills in a creative way. We will be using our donated hands-on materials. No more paper!

The students attend an inner city school in New York State.

The students in my resource room function below grade level. They need all the extra support they can receive. The students work best with hands-on materials presented in a creative way. The students think they are playing when in fact they are learning.

My Project

The new materials will benefit the students a great deal in math. The students will work with hands-on materials which are much more appealing than worksheets. I will create games and make the learning experience as fun as possible. The students will learn all basic math skills at their grade level.

The students will enjoy coming to the Resource Room and using the materials in a creative way.

They will be "playing games" and learning at the same time. Since I don't have math materials in my room, this donation will allow me to teach all math skills throughout the elementary grades.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
