My Students

My students are hungry for books of all genres. They request books on a daily basis from their favorite author - books that I cannot provide them with.

My Jr.

High and Sr. High School students attend a small rural school on the outskirts of nowhere. Our local public library is strapped for funds and also our school budget has felt the sting of reduced funding. The majority of our kids do not make it to college and I am trying to change that.

My Project

I require each one of my students to read at least 20 books per school year, but without updating my classroom library I have reached a point as to not being able to offer them a selection of quality books. With these books, I will be able to have that one book that 'hooks' them for life. Wouldn't that be awesome!

We would honestly appreciate any and all help you, as donors, can give in providing a quality classroom library for my students.
