I teach music in a small school with little to no technology on campus. The student see and hear about what other students are doing and want to be able to participate in the same technology style of learning. I let students know about what cool and exciting music websites are out on the Internet, and I find out many of them do not have access.

We have received a document camera, but with out an LCD projector it is worthless. The students would benefit in multiple ways from having an LCD projector to hook-up to the document camera and the computer or DVD player.

If we get an LCD projector, we can show images from our document camera that we have received. The LCD Projector will also enable the class to take virtual field trips to places like the Sydney Opera House in Australia and Violin factories; play fun music games as a class; and use fabulous music, composer and instrument websites. The students will be able to see the visual representation of the song they listen to and view neat music videos that will enhance what they are learning.

You will make it possible for the students to realize their potential. Your help will allow them access to a world wide web of possibilities and show them authentic application of the music we learn about.
