Making Connections With Kids Through Conscious Discipline

My project need 5 CDs and 3 books, including "Bean Bag Activities CD" and "Songs for I Love You Rituals Vol 1".

I teach kindergarten at a year round public school in North Carolina. We have a large population of ESL learners.

As kindergarten students, my children are busy learning to make personal connections. They are learning to have self control, manage their anger and to solve problems appropriately.

I have recently taken a workshop on Becky Bailey's Conscious Discipline and am working on implementing her behavior management techniques in my classroom. I am requesting 5 Cd's that will help us develop connections with each other, teach us how to focus our brains before learning and help us create a classroom where we feel safe and secure. I am also requesting 3 books that have many classroom rituals in them. These rituals will help us become a school family.

With your help we will be able to learn more "I Love You" rituals and songs. This will foster our feelings of being a school family and help us to grow socially and emotionally.
