I teach 90 biology students that are in the tenth grade at a rural public junior/ senior high school.

Students love forensics! I want to use this interest to teach the human skeletal structure. I would like to set up a mock crime scene of a real serial killer using the comparative anatomy sets. This activity will help to prepare students for college by introducing them to the foundations of anatomy.

My students need a male and female human comparative bone set to set up the crime scene of the real serial killer John Wayne Gacy. This is a simulation of the way that police captured this criminal. The forensics link will interest students while memorizing human bone structure. This knowledge of anatomy will help spark students' interest in career fields such as medicine, forensics, criminal justice or even anthropology.

Your help will make it possible for my students to put their hands-on a human skeleton, memorize the skeletal structure, and learn more about the forensic process. The bigger picture in this project is the foundation knowledge students gain to prepare them for college level anatomy.
