My students need a class set of 24 weekly readers.

I am a 4th grade teacher in a high-need community, and I've been teaching 4th grade for 4 years. I would love for my students to have access to current events, and we can accomplish this by subscribing to weekly reader booklets.

We are in need of additional reading material for use during free time. Some of my students are early finishers and need something to do. Having weekly readers will provide them with an additional resource to occupy their free time. We would also use it to keep us current and could apply the activities to our comprehensive curriculum.

With your donation, we would have a new current events booklet each and every week! This would especially make our days more exciting, and it would be something that we could look forward to.

Please help us to become better readers by helping to fund this proposal. We appreciate anything that you can afford to donate. Thank you for understanding the educational needs of my students.
