My students need 14 book titles, from Eric Carle collections and Five Little Monkey collections in English and Spanish with 2 different game sets to match.

I teach kindergarten in a high-need community. Our school is one that is always striving to give our students the very best learning opportunities.

Our students face an ever growing problem of having very few learning opportunities at home. They have few to no books and the same for educational games or supplies. Parents sometimes have a hard time understanding what to do with their child or how to teach them.

By receiving books in Spanish and English and games to go along with them it will help our students have resources to learn and grow closer to their families. Every weekend 1 set of the purchased materials will go home in a back pack with each child. These games and books will empower parents to help their child grow in their education. It will give them the resources to teach, learn and play with their child. Parents that are more involved will aid a child to success in the classroom.

Your help will ensure that our students will have an opportunity to gain quality time with their family and overall help a developing child who needs the love of their family. A family who learns and plays together stays together.
