Getting Our Hands-On Math Skills

My students need two sets of sixteen different math games that support the second grade math standards.

Children retain 10% when told; 40% when discussed; and 80-90% when interacted.I teach all subjects to second grade students at a suburban school in Indiana.

In our math configuration, I teach the students in the bottom 10% of the entire second grade. These students struggle with learning grade level skills and require individualized instruction with manipulative material.

I need more manipulative materials that correlate with the math standards. These manipulative materials (math games) will provide an interactive way for the students to practice the needed skills.
