Can You Dig It? Biology In The Garden

My students need seeds, garden tools, posters, insects and educational games to learn about the importance of gardening and the impact it has on our lives.

Growing gardens, grows community. Help our students learn about the seasons, life-cycles and build a community of gardeners.

Our low income students do not have many opportunities to connect with nature. One way to bring nature to the classroom is through gardening. We have created a space to garden in and now we need your help providing the necessities to get the students gardening.

Our students need the basics to make this project a success. Gloves, seeds, and soil will be wonderful contributions to get our students growing gardens and cultivating life long relationships.

Your contribution to our project will ensure that our students have a connection to nature and a better understanding of the impact weather, seasons, and species have on gardening and biological organisms.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
