Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

I teach Spanish to enthusiastic 6th-8th graders at a low-income middle school in Utah.

My students love learning Spanish and learning about the cultures where Spanish is spoken, but we don't have all the supplies we need. We currently have a VHS player and it is very difficult to find educational VHS tapes.

We need a DVD player and some educational DVDs for our classroom. These materials will help reinforce the cultural material we learn in class.

You can help ensure that my students have the opportunity to succeed in their pursuits to learn Spanish and about other cultures.
