Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

Golf is not just a sport, it is a skill for life! I am the head coach for the ladies golf team at the high school level.

Our ladies golf team is in need of new equipment. The school is located in a low income area. The state is cutting the education budget and sports will be affected the most. The girls on the team get upset when they see other teams with matching clubs, bags, and shirts, and wonder why they cannot have the same.

We need clubs for the team to use during the season so we can be more competitive. The new clubs will provide more team spirit because we will have matching clubs and will be able to look more cohesive as a team.

Your help will make it possible for our school to have a better golf team, and it will also empower for girls to join the team and learn this great life skill.
