Aspiring *Video *Image *Producers need your help to become true VIP's and show the world how Grade 5 students can use the power of movie making to take their education to the next level.

Who are our students? Our students generally come from low income single parent households. How do our students allow that affect to affect them at school? We have been an A school for 4 years straight. What are we proving? That through adversity we can achieve amazing results. What do we need? To show these students how to impact our world through the use of video technology resources.

The resources we would need to begin down this trail of discovery are quite simple. Video Cameras and tripods. The teacher (me) has the knowledge (Final Cut Pro Training) and the computer (Apple) and the willingness to give up her time for her kids. All we need is a little help from you to put our work on film. The projects we have worked on in the past have been educational video's on Mean, Mode, Median, and Range; The Four Types of Sentences; and most recently a Public Service video about bullying. Please help me to continue to inspire my students through the use of film.

Your help will ensure that every child in my classroom experiences the happiness of film making. The students write the scripts, learn how to use the equipment and then make their movies. Imagine how impressed people will be when you tell them you helped underprivileged children expand their lives through film making. The unique nature of the project allows students to come to life on film. Your help will ensure that my students experience something that few students will ever have the chance to do. Make a movie with them as the movie stars. Please help my students become the true VIP's I already know they are.
