Students need to see it to believe it! I teach World History for 9th graders, both honors students and students with special needs. I also teach Psychology to 11th and 12th graders. Our school is a high needs school with very limited resources. We are an urban school in much need of technology.

My students often have never left the city limits. In some cases they have been only to the suburban mall. I need to bring places to them...imagine seeing the Parthenon, the Coliseum, the Egyptian pyramids on the big screen!

An LCD projector and screen will enable the students to see these wonderful places, right now we look at pictures in a textbook or an overhead. I will be able to enlighten these students and hopefully spark their interest to get out and see some of these places or at least read about them.

As a donor, you will make many needy students see the world differently. The students will also have an opportunity to create PowerPoint presentations and show them to the class. This resource would make such a difference in the lives of the students.
