My Project

The Brotherhood Project is designed to build positive male leaders who demonstrate respect, integrity, responsibility, and empathy. Through monthly meetings, community service, and field experiences, students will develop essential leadership competencies and strengthen their connection to school and community.

By the end of the program, participants will:

· Develop and practice effective communication and conflict resolution skills

· Build understanding of healthy leadership and positive manhood

· Strengthen peer relationships based on mutual respect and brotherhood

· Demonstrate responsibility through consistent attendance and participation

· Engage in meaningful community service

· Set personal goals aligned with academic and character growth

· Understand the connection between daily choices and long-term success

This Project is a necessity in the lives of our future leaders. With the Donors assistance, we will be able to expand our knowledge on various character traits and dive deeper into our understanding of empathy. When we began this Project last school year, we focused mainly on character development and self-identity. The SEL component of these materials will greatly increase our understanding and development into leadership roles within our school and community.
