My Project

In our inclusive developmental day classroom, we integrate children with developmental delays and disabilities alongside their typically developing peers. I am proud to provide shared, high-quality play opportunities for this wonderfully diverse group of young learners.

This single piece of equipment creates a holistic play environment that naturally blends multiple developmental domains.The caterpillar climber directly fosters physical activity, peer cooperation, and imaginative play.

Our current climber is degraded and has developed extensive structural cracks, posing an immediate pinching, trapping, and cutting hazard to small fingers, and must be removed. Replacing it ensures that our children maintain access to an environment that supports their safety, physical health, social-emotional development and their favorite playground feature!
