My Project

This project will give students access to nutritious, convenient snacks during class. A small snack can make a big difference when students are working through challenging accounting concepts, completing calculations, or preparing for assessments. The snacks will also help the students maintain energy during longer class periods and participate more actively in classroom learning.

Providing healthy snacks will help create a welcoming classroom environment where students can focus on learning rather than being distracted by hunger.

It also provides an opportunity to model the importance of making healthy choices while building skills that students can carry into college, careers, and everyday life.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
