My Project

I am incredibly proud of my students' dedication to learning and their enthusiasm for participating in our After School Battle of the Books program. These 12 students work hard every week, and their commitment to improving their reading skills is truly inspiring. To help them stay focused and energized during our practice sessions, I am requesting healthy snacks. These snacks will not only satisfy their hunger but also provide the necessary nourishment to keep their minds sharp and engaged.

The healthy snacks will make a significant difference in our after-school sessions.

By ensuring that my students have access to nutritious snacks, I can create an environment where they can concentrate fully on their reading and comprehension tasks without the distraction of hunger. For example, during our longer practice sessions, having a quick, healthy snack will help them maintain their energy levels and stay on track with their reading goals. This, in turn, will enhance their ability to perform well in the Battle of the Books competition.

My goal for this project is to support my students' learning by addressing their basic needs during after-school practice. By providing these healthy snacks, I aim to create a positive and productive atmosphere where every student can thrive and reach their full potential.
