This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My Pre-K Exceptional Children (EC) students bring endless joy, curiosity, and energy to our classroom every day! They learn best through hands-on, multi-sensory experiences that spark their imagination and make foundational concepts clear, accessible, and exciting.

To support their unique learning needs, this project will provide:

Magnetic blocks: These colorful, tactile tools will help my students develop spatial awareness, fine motor strength, and early STEM problem-solving skills as they design and build together.

Story book felt pieces: These visual aids will bring storytime to life, giving students a hands-on way to improve reading comprehension, story sequencing, and expressive language skills.

Language activity boxes: These interactive sets offer structured practice to boost vocabulary, listening comprehension, and early literacy skills in an engaging, self-directed way.

With these resources, my students will have the essential, hands-on tools they need to explore, communicate, and thrive!
