My Project

My students are some of the most resilient, determined, and inspiring children I have ever had the privilege to teach. Every day, they work hard to overcome challenges with attention, sensory processing, communication, and self-regulation while continuing to learn and grow. I love celebrating their successes, no matter how small, and helping them build the confidence they need to believe in themselves. They are creative, caring, and full of potential, and they deserve a learning environment that supports their unique needs.

These sensory tools will help transform moments of frustration into opportunities for learning and growth.

The sensory lights and light table materials will create a calming environment that promotes focus and engagement. The spinning chair, bouncy board, and body sock will provide students with safe ways to meet their sensory needs, regulate their bodies, and return to instruction ready to learn. The social-emotional learning books will teach valuable skills such as emotional awareness, self-control, and positive coping strategies. The magnetic building blocks will encourage creativity, problem-solving, collaboration, and fine motor development while making learning fun and meaningful.
