Using headphones my students actively listen and respond to questions, enhancing their comprehension and critical thinking. \r\n\r\nHelping my students stay organized in the classroom is essential for their success and independence. I create clear routines with the donated bins and folders for materials to help students keep track of their tasks. It helps my students manage their assignments, while reinforcing responsibility. To enhance our classroom organization, students use pre-sharpened pencils to save time and stay focused on their work. This minimizes distractions and keeps our learning environment running smoothly. With pencils always ready to use, students can concentrate on their tasks without interruptions. Also, most of my students are low-income and their families cannot provide items like pencils and folders. \r\nThe fidgets are greatly appreciated. In my classroom they help my students stay focused and manage their energy in a productive way. When used appropriately, they provide a quiet, hands-on tool for students who need movement without disrupting learning. I have set clear expectations to ensure that fidgets support concentration rather than becoming a distraction.\r\n\r\nDue to working at a Title I school, the budgets are very limited. In my classroom, printer paper and other office supplies such as markers, crayons and highlighters are essential for creative and academic activities.
