Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My fifth-grade students are curious, hardworking, and eager to learn. Every day, they come to school ready to explore new ideas, collaborate with their classmates, and grow both academically and personally. They deserve a classroom that is engaging, organized, and designed to meet their diverse learning needs.

The resources in this project will help create an environment where every student can thrive.

A rolling portable computer table will make technology more accessible for small-group instruction and collaborative learning. Headphones will allow students to focus during independent digital activities, while flexible pencils ensure every child has the basic tools needed to succeed.

A classroom bell, digital wall timer, and presentation clicker will improve classroom organization, maximize instructional time, and keep students actively engaged during lessons. A voice amplifier will ensure every student can clearly hear directions and instruction, no matter where they are seated.

To create a welcoming and calming learning space, I have included a rainbow neon light, fluorescent ceiling light covers, and a small dry-erase calendar. These items will help reduce distractions, create a more comfortable atmosphere, and keep students informed of important classroom events and daily goals.
