My Project

I am excited to implement the new reading curriculum that my district has adopted this year! Unfortunately the majority of the suggested text are not provided. These texts would provide additional information connected to our science (frog texts) and social studies (cultural texts) that is crucial for students to make connections across subject areas. I would be so grateful for your help in providing these resources for my children. In "The Art of Storytelling" module of my curriculum I am also asking for a class set of "James and the Giant Peach" and "When You Trap a Tiger" (a Korean tale) so that students can follow along as we read together. Students will be able to partner read and engage in meaningful book studies by having a person copy. I hope that I will be able to provide this opportunity to my children. Thank you so much for contributing and supporting my children.
