My Project

One of the things I love most about my students is their curiosity, resilience, and willingness to learn. They come from diverse backgrounds and bring unique perspectives and experiences into the classroom. I enjoy watching them build confidence as they develop new culinary and life skills, support one another, and take pride in what they create. Seeing their growth, both personally and academically, is the most rewarding part of teaching.

Additional resources, like pencils, crayons and glue, would allow me to create even more meaningful, hands-on learning experiences.

Updated equipment, ingredients, classroom supplies, and instructional materials would give every student the opportunity to fully participate, practice industry-standard techniques, and develop the skills they need for future careers. These resources would help make lessons more engaging, increase student confidence, and better prepare them for success beyond the classroom.
