My Project

My Pre-K students are curious, energetic, and unique learners who come to school each day eager to explore the world around them. Among my students are several children with disabilities who learn best when they have access to individualized support and interactive learning tools. Every child deserves the opportunity to communicate, engage, and succeed, regardless of their learning differences.

Three iPads and three Apple Pencils will transform our classroom by providing students with personalized learning experiences that meet each individual student's needs.

The iPads and Apple pencils will allow children to access educational apps that strengthen early literacy, math, language development, fine motor skills, and social-emotional learning. For students with speech, language, developmental, or physical challenges, iPads can provide alternative ways to communicate, participate in classroom activities, and demonstrate what they know.

Technology is especially valuable in early childhood because it offers immediate feedback, visual support, student engagement, and hands-on learning experiences. Students will use them to practice letter recognition, number sense, problem solving and so much more. The iPads and Apple Pencils will help create a more inclusive classroom where every child can participate alongside their peers. Instead of one-size-fits-all instruction, the iPads will allow me to differentiate lessons based on each child's strengths and needs, helping every student build confidence and independence.
