Help me give my students STEM books and supplies for the beginning of the year to practice the designing and engineering process.

My Project

This year I will be teaching in a K-5th grade STEM classroom for the first time. My goal is to provide hands-on activities that will encourage my students to use creativity and critical thinking skills they can then use in the traditional classroom setting and the real world.

The books will be used at the beginning of the year to read aloud to each class, while the supplies will extend their learning to explore the engineering design process.

By helping to provide the materials needed for this project - tape, glue, paper plates, popsicle sticks, cups, rulers, etc. - you are creating future scientists, architects, construction workers, engineers, and more!

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
