My Project

Every student learns differently, and some of my students do their best thinking when they are able to move while they learn. For these students, sitting can make it difficult to stay focused, manage their energy, and fully engage in classroom activities.

A pair of standing student desks and chairs will provide an alternative workspace for students who need the flexibility to stand throughout the day.

Having the option to stand while working gives students a healthy way to channel excess energy, helping them improve their focus, increase productivity, and remain engaged in their learning. These workstations will be available to any student who benefits from movement, allowing them to choose the environment that best supports their success.

By offering flexible workspaces, I can better meet the diverse needs of my learners while creating a classroom where every student feels supported. Standing desks encourage independence and self-awareness as students learn to recognize what helps them stay attentive and do their best work.
