This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Welcome to my little classroom corner! This year I really want to create a warm, magical, cozy space where my sweet first graders feel safe, loved and inspire to learn every day! For me to achieve this, I am dreaming of building a cozy, warm reading nook adding some sweet touches and a bit of nature to bring the peaceful outdoors, right to our class!

Your generosity will bring a warm space into our classroom that will positively impact my students’ hearts and minds!

The idea of this project is that it will completely transform our daily learning by gifting these amazing readers a comfy, warm, magical place to continue to thrive! When little readers are cozy and comfortable, all their worries melt away! Life outside becomes something they can pause for a moment and dice into their imagination! This nurturing space will turn pour every day reading time, into a little happy bubble in which my students will be able to dive, relax, imagine and learn!
