My Project

A well-stocked school library gives every student the opportunity to discover books that spark curiosity, build confidence, and foster a lifelong love of reading. This project will replace books that have been lost over the years while also adding highly requested titles that students are eager to read. When students can find books that interest them, they are more likely to read for pleasure, strengthen their literacy skills, and see the library as a welcoming place where their voices and interests matter.

Many books in this project feature diverse characters and perspectives, allowing students to see themselves reflected in the stories they read while also learning about others.

The collection also includes books in languages other than English, ensuring that multilingual learners and bilingual families have access to reading materials that support language development and celebrate their home languages. By supporting this project, you will help create a library collection that is inclusive, engaging, and accessible to every student who walks through our doors.
