Help me give my students the gift of headphones to increase focus and eliminate noisy distractions in the classroom.

My Project

In our 2nd-grade classroom, digital learning is essential for building math and reading fluency.

Hearing twenty Chromebooks and applications running at one time can cause noise pollution in the learning environment.

As students are working in small groups or working individually with the teacher on assessments, it can be extremely distracting and frustrating to hear multiple Chromebooks going at one time causing a negative impact on their learning and focus. Additionally, it is difficult for students to hear their personalized lessons on the Chromebook program when they can hear the noise of so many others around them. Finally, headphones add another expense to the ever growing supplies list for families and many are not able to afford them. This resource will help my students achieve their academic goals without distraction.
