Young Storytellers and Illustrators

Help me give my students more books on their reading and interest levels. The art supplies I am also asking for are so the students can express themselves as their own illustrators.

My Project

My little ones just love being read to. They love becoming involved in stories and imagining they are in the stories themselves. Bringing more books into the library on their levels and in things they are interested in will be a big hit with them.

With your donations to this project, you will help me allow the students to become illustrators of their own books.

While they can’t always write the stories all by themselves, they can and do love to draw pictures about what stories they have just listened to. And to be able to use paints…wow! They will just love it!

I cannot wait to read these books to my students and see how they decide to illustrate how they relate to them through their drawings and stories. The more I read to them, the better story resellers and story tellers they become. It’s really so joyful to see them and hear them while reading to them. I would be so grateful if you could help put these books and art supplies in their hands.
