Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have several great books and novel sets however we have no furniture or shelving to display and store them. Without having a place to display books they are required to be boxed or put into a closet where they tend to be forgotten. Students were helping me sort and inventory all of our books today and they found so many books that they were interested in reading that they didn’t even know we had because they had been stored in a box all year. I’d love to be able to display all of our wonderful books to build more excitement about reading and have students choose books for our clubs and novel studies.
