My Project

This class computer will make a huge difference in how my students approach projects. They will be required to follow certain classroom procedures and keeping good grades in order to use this computer. In our Language Arts class, they are always required to complete a tri-weekly project. As long as they follow and keep all classroom procedures, they can earn time to use this computer. They also have to keep good grades as part of this reward system also!

The biggest goal for this project is to make my students feel worthy; being able to use a new computer instead of the worn-out ones they've had for the last 4 years will boost their self-esteem!

My students never complain but anyone wants to feel worthy and having a chance to use a new computer would make them feel worthy! With so many Language Arts projects they are always having to use my computer due to their computer overheating or just not working. What a joy it would be to earn computer time on a new computer!

My students are extremely special because they will go to the end of the world to complete assignments even if the technology in our classroom is not up to par. They want to complete assignments but most of all they want to create projects that go above and beyond! We have managed to create some awesome projects using old technology, this computer could be the beginning of even better projects because I have students that persevere no matter what!
