Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My third grade class is in need of math centers that they can complete independently or in groups when they are finished working on their work. Our school is a in a high-need poverty area that is rapidly changing.

With my class being at all different levels, students are finishing work at all different times. This makes it difficult to keep students on task while others are still requiring help.

My class would appreciate to have independent math centers that they could work on when they are finished with their work. I requested games and activities that work on basic facts, money, geometry, probability, measurement and number sense.

With your help my students would be able to have engaging math activities that they would like to participate in. I would also know that they are working on educational activities while I work with those other students who require more help.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
