Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

I teach kindergarten in a low socio-economic and very needed school. Our kindergarten students come into school with very few skills. They love to listen to stories on tape and cd.

My students love the listening center. It is one of the most popular centers in the room. However,they have a very hard time keeping the headphone wires untangled.

The wireless headphone set will allow the students to find a comfortable spot anywhere in the classroom to listen to the story. The wireless headphones allows movement and flexibility. It will also allow the students the ability to work on a skill independently or with a partner.

Your donation of the wireless headphones will allow my students to listen to their favorite stories anywhere in the classroom. The wireless headphones will stop the tangling of the headphone wires resulting in shorting out.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
