The Our class received materials they use everyday for task bins and I was able to use the Teachers Pay Teachers gift card to buy resources to create engaging, and hands-on lessons. A popular item that multiple students request daily to use is to create a burger sequence activity. They love following the menu card to create their own burger. These materials have helped make our learning centers more interactive and meaningful for my students.\r\n\r\nLast month, I found a wonderful apple-themed resource! Students practiced their math and reading skills while learning about the apple life cycle. They especially enjoyed sorting apple parts, sequencing pictures, and completing fun matching activities. It has added a level of calming in our sometimes hectic day. The students use a variety of building materials to experiment with lines and shapes. The students were excited to help put the kits together to support patient wellness.\r\n\r\n We talked about how hard it can be to be away from home especially when you are in the hospital.
