We're 5 And We Need To Use Our 5 Senses For Social Science

My students need social science books, social science hands-on materials, and social science CDs.

I teach very curious and high energy kindergartners, that use multiple learning styles (their five senses) and come from a high-need, low experience community.

My students are very active and curious. Due to their high interest and activity levels I would like to provide my students with experiences that require them to use their five senses to learn. Unfortunately the students come from a high-need area and our school has very little to no funding for extra hands-on materials and information filled books, beyond the basic text books.

I am requesting information packed Social Science books to further extend my curious students' learning beyond that of their Big Book text book. These books will provide more information and LOTS of visuals for the students to understand what they are learning in Social Science. The hands on materials will allow the students to touch, feel, and experience Social Science. The CDs will provide songs for the students to hear and more easily remember what they are learning in Social Science.

By donating to my five senses Social Science project you will empower my students to use their five sense to learn about and experience different topics in Social Science that they would otherwise not have the opportunity to experience.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
