They had the opportunity to try out a variety of healthy drinks options. The students were very excited to try the drinks immediately. They liked some flavors better than others, but one thing that really stood out was their willingness to try new things. As the word spread throughout the school, the students began to request the sparkling waters daily. I am proud of how they were willing to step out of their comfort zones and try alternatives to drinking sodas and juice. \r\n\r\nThe waters have also helped with students during times of anger and frustration. The students have the opportunity to have a cool, healthy drink in order to regulate their body temperatures. As the school counselor, I often work with the students to recognize physical feelings in addition to their emotional feelings.
