Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our wrestling team is built on hard work, discipline, and resilience, but we currently lack the proper strength training equipment to safely and effectively develop our athletes. This project will provide essential items like barbells, bumper plates, and a trap bar to transform our mat room into a functional training space.

With this equipment, our student-athletes will be able to build strength, improve performance, and reduce the risk of injury through proper lifting techniques.

Many of our wrestlers do not have access to a gym outside of school, so this will give them an opportunity to train in a safe, structured environment.

These resources will not only help our athletes compete at a higher level but also teach lifelong habits of fitness, confidence, and perseverance. Your support will directly impact our team by giving them the tools they need to grow stronger both on and off the mat.
