Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We want to take our student incentives and engagement to the great outdoors! With your support, an outdoor screen projector will allow us to transform our school's outdoor space into a dynamic hub for rewards, celebration, and interactive learning for all students.

Incentives work best when they feel special.

By taking our rewards outside the four walls of the classroom, we are creating unforgettable community-building experiences that students will actively want to earn.

We plan to use this projector in two powerful ways: first, as a high-interest incentive. There is no motivator quite like a school movie night under the stars or a Friday afternoon video game tournament on a giant screen. We will use these outdoor viewing events as a major incentive for positive behavior (PBIS), perfect attendance, and academic growth challenges.

Secondly, it is a dynamic form of engagement. Beyond rewards, this projector will bring lessons to life. Imagine analyzing a historical documentary, watching a scientific simulation, or engaging in an interactive, school-wide trivia review game outside in the fresh air.
