Teeing Up the Next Generation of Golfers

Help me give my students an opportunity to learn this game! Foam golf balls, hitting mats, tees, gloves, and a launch monitor will provide our golfers with safe, engaging practice equipment and immediate feedback to develop their skills.

My Project

Our middle school golf club gives 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students the opportunity to learn and enjoy the game of golf in a fun, supportive environment. Many of our students are new to the sport and may not otherwise have access to the equipment or opportunities needed to play.

With the right practice equipment, we can introduce students to golf fundamentals while building confidence, patience, sportsmanship, and perseverance.

These materials will allow students to practice safely at school, receive meaningful feedback, and develop their skills throughout the year.

Our goal is to make golf accessible to every student who wants to give it a try, regardless of their experience level or ability to purchase their own equipment. We hope this club creates an opportunity for students to discover a sport they can enjoy throughout middle school, into high school, and for the rest of their lives.
