Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My preschool special education classroom is a vibrant, busy space filled with incredible young minds, each possessing their own unique strengths, sensory preferences, and learning styles. For our amazing little learners, a large, wide-open classroom can feel overwhelming and lead to frequent visual distractions. My students truly thrive when they have an organized, predictable routine and a highly structured physical environment to guide them through their day.We are requesting a set of easy-to-move room dividers to dynamically separate our various classroom learning stations. These dividers will allow us to instantly transform our open room into flexible, cozy, and clearly defined spaces tailored for small-group instruction, independent tasks, and sensory regulation. By blocking out background visual noise, these tools will help our preschoolers minimize distractions, decrease transition anxiety, build independence, and better focus on their personalized learning goals.Your generous support will directly help us build a classroom that is not only highly functional, but also comforting, protective, and fully responsive to the diverse needs of every child.
