My Project

Every school year brings new opportunities, and my students arrive eager to learn, explore, and grow. They come from diverse backgrounds with different learning styles, strengths, and needs, and I love watching them build confidence as they discover what they're capable of. My goal is to create a classroom where every student feels supported, engaged, and excited to learn.

The resources in this project will help make that possible.

Individual dry-erase boards will allow every student to actively participate in lessons, practice skills, and receive immediate feedback in a low-pressure way. Magnifying lenses will encourage curiosity and hands-on exploration during science investigations and close-reading activities. A classroom pencil sharpener, pencils, correction tape, and scissors will ensure students always have the basic tools they need without losing valuable instructional time.

Organization is just as important as instruction. Mesh zipper pouches will keep learning materials organized and easily accessible, helping students develop responsibility and independence. Flexible stools will provide additional seating options that promote collaboration during small-group work, while noise-reduction headphones will support students who need a quieter environment to stay focused and feel successful.

Keeping our classroom clean and well-maintained with cleaning sponges helps create a welcoming space where students can take pride in their learning environment. Finally, a Teachers Pay Teachers gift card will allow me to purchase engaging, standards-aligned lessons and activities that meet the unique needs of my students throughout the year.
